THE CHALLENGE

In this lesson, students will be able to import, edit, and render out a full video for viewing. They will actively choose a destination Location as a theme from the list provided below or select another destination of their choice to create a captivating quick 20 to 30 -second edit of videos that encapsulate the essence of their chosen destination. Throughout the editing process, they will gain valuable insights into how to effectively demonstrate their skills by editing clips, seamlessly adding audio effects to enhance the overall viewing experience, and creatively incorporating a compelling title that resonates with the video’s theme. Additionally, students will learn the importance of optimizing their final render settings, ensuring their project is exported at a high definition 1920 X 1080 resolution using the H.264 codec, which is widely recognized for its efficiency and quality. This comprehensive approach not only encourages creativity but also equips students with essential technical skills that are fundamental in the field of video production.
